		<description>When I first started practicing, I got lots of referrals where the client was delusional or the case was utterly hopeless.  I promised myself I would not refer delusional or hopeless clients to other attorneys wasting both their time and the attorney.
If I think the client&#039;s case is hopeless, I tell them that and suggest that another attorney might have a different opinion, but I don&#039;t send them to a specific lawyer.  I don&#039;t think it is professional to pass along timewasters to someone else.
