Lawyer marketing expert Nader Anise is sponsoring another one of his annual, free teleconferences on Thursday, January 12, 1 p.m. Eastern Time.  Click on the "read more link" for the full announcement.

I have posted about Nader’s e-newsletter before which I enjoy, and I found his last free teleconference quite valuable.  I don’t often post about solo events because I don’t have a formal policy on what to recommend or not after all this time.  But as a general matter, if there’s a seminar or phone conference that’s free or an otherwise good value for solos, I’m happy to convey the information to my readers.

From:  Nader Anise
Date:  Jan. 5, 2006
Time:  7:18 a.m.

Dear Lawyerpreneur and Friend,

OK ? so you may have your own ideas about what the ultimate gift is.  But
for a lawyerpreneur, what I?m about to give you as your holiday gift is about
as good as it gets.

Oh yeah? in case you?re wondering why I?m giving you your ?holiday gift?
after the holidays and New Year?s, there?s a simple reason for that:  I didn?t want
to be like everyone else (there?s a shocker!).  Instead, I?m giving you this extra
special treat now to start your year off with a bang!

Are you curious what your present is?  I hope so because it took a lot of
planning and a TON OF CONVINCING to set this up for you.  The fact is, you?re
going to get uncensored access to a marketing star.  I will grill her? ask her the tough questions? and get her to spill her guts.

Oh yes, you better believe I?ll make her tell you exactly how?

She Increased Her Income Over 20-Fold in 13 Months!

Wouldn?t you love to know ? step by step ? how she created a HUNGRY client
base almost ?overnight??  She has a truly amazing story.

I won?t tell you her name right now? but I will tell you?

She?s never done an interview like this.  She would never think of sharing her marketing
secrets, let alone reveal them in such a public forum like this.  But because
of my close professional relationship with her (and some serious bribes), she has succumbed.

She?s agreed to do her first ever (and quite possibly her last) teleseminar
interview.

Yes my friend, for ONE-FULL HOUR, I will grill her mercilessly.  I?ve already
warned her:  no softballs, no ?touch-feely,? ?warm and fuzzy? questions.

I?m going to suck out all the dirty little secrets she uses to lure clients
from all around her state.  (She has clients gladly driving over 2 hours each
way just to speak with her for a few minutes.)

A little bit more about this super mystery lawyer:

     -She is a solo practitioner

-She practices in a very unusual niche

-She lives and practices in Pennsylvania

-Her life completely turned around on December 14, 2004

-She has been featured on TV, radio, newspapers and magazines.

I don?t want to give away all the surprises, but here are just a few things
we?ll cover:

-         The one simple ingredient that can skyrocket any law practice ? but most lawyers
stubbornly (and stupidly) reject

-         The one phrase she said to a client to which he responded, ?I can?t believe you said that? I?m going to tell all my friends about you!?

-         How she gets the media hounding her for interviews (sometimes up to several times
a week or more)!

-         Exactly what makes her different from other lawyers in her state ?
and how you can use her same strategy to your practice

-         The one little (ethical) trick that allows you to ?duplicate? yourself and essentially
practice in any state you want WITHOUT being licensed there.

-         How she went from barely making ends meet to top lawyer in her field
in 13 months

-         The one phone call that changed her life and her bank account forever!

Plus, we?ll cover so much more!

So? have I gotten your greed glands flowing?  They should be right about
now because you?re going to get all of her juicy secrets.

Whatever you do, don?t miss this interview.  Like I said, it?s absolutely
fre.e, with no obligation whatsoever.  All I ask is that if you do sign up and
request the tel. number and access code, you actually show up and call in.  Due
to the limited number of spots available on this bridge line, we may not be able
to accommodate everyone who wants to cal in.

So please? if you sign up, call in.

So When Is the Call?

The interview is on Thursday, January 12.  It will last for one hour and if we have time, you may even be able to ask
questions.  I just ask that you be considerate of her time during and after the
call.  (I have a feeling her phone will be ringing off the hook after this interview.)

 1.  Featured speaker:  The Pennsylvania ?mystery lawyer.?  Her name will be announced at the beginning
of the interview on Jan. 12.

2.  Time of the Interview:  The ?grilling session? will begin at: 1:00pm ET; 12:00pm CT; 11:00 am MT;
and 10:00 am PT and last for approximately 60 minutes.

        3.  If you can?t make a date:  Sorry, but this is the only time this interview will air.  We may not even
record the interview.

It?s Very Easy to Sign Up

I?m going to make this very, very easy for you.  If you want to sign up
to secure a ?seat? for this fre.e interview (if you don?t, get your head examined!)
simply reply to this email with the words, ?SIGN ME UP? and then include your
name and state.  That?s it!  (Or you can email:
naesquire@aol.com).  Then we?ll email you the tel. number and access code.  It can?t be easier
than that.

Like I said, this call is absolutely fre.e. to you.  It?s my holiday/new
year?s gift to you (I even cover the cost of the bridge line).  The only charge
you may incur is any long distance charges.

A Final Word

Frequently when I put on fre.e interviews or fre.e teleseminars, I?m asked if
it?s OK to tell other lawyers about it? mention it on bulletin boards or on listservs?
or tell lawyers about it who aren?t subscribers to my ezine.

     My reply to this is?

It?s absolutely fine with me on one condition:  if someone reserves a spot,
they show up.  That?s fair, isn?t it?

So if there?s anyone you want to pass this email or information to, go right
ahead.  If they want to reserve a spot have them email their name and the state
in which they practice to:  naesquire@aol.com.

I loved your article. And what’s more is I LOVED the phone teleconference. I was glad I caught it just in time. If I had missed it, I would have missed out on so much. I don’t not think there is a time not to give a present this good. The idea is great. To listen to the inner depths of a successful lawyer and hearing you ask no holds barred questions that really got into her mind and showed me the inner workings of a brilliant mind such as her’s. You were getting the information and we are learning from it. You make your future. Thank you for opening this door for me. My friends and I were talking about your interview just the other day. I truly thank you from the bottom of my heart. This opened my eyes and my mind. I have begun to even making better choices in my own life to avoid the mistakes that she made in hers. Again, many thanks.

Let me just echo the previous post and say thank you. This was a really fantastic learning opportunity. I think more than anything else, it helped remind me that other people go through the same things I do, both those who attended the conference and the speaker herself. It does fell scary out here all alone. Now I feel like I’ve been to the mountain, though, and sucked up all the knowledge. I’ve actually passed along a number of her suggestions to people I know in the profession. Though I suspect my delivery can’t match hers, everyone seems to value the advice. I consider myself especially fortunate, since I haven’t been at this very long. I’d hate to have slogged away for years without ever having met her. Thanks again.

I missed this teleconference, but I really have to ask those of you who heard it a few questions. Was it really something that can be done? I mean, I’ve heard of a ton of scams that use this same kind of language. How many TV spots do you see that start out with “John Doe was a struggling businessman, but then he learned this amazing secret business technique and now he’s making millions in a day!” I just find things like this so hard to believe, especially since no one has revealed who this mystery lawyer was. And practicing in a state without being licensed there? I don’t care what kind of legal loophole there is, my business is on the up and up ALWAYS, and anyone who is promoting something that even hints at being illegal or unethical is someone whose business practices I don’t even want to know about.

I think the best part by far was the information involving media relations. Courting the media can be extremely tricky, and in fact I have generally tried to avoid them altogether in order to make sure that I didn’t make any missteps. I’ve always thought that keeping out of the spotlight would be the best way to insure that I don’t wind up in an awkward situation. I feel comfortable with clients, but speaking to the public at large is another matter. But she made the whole process seem pretty straightforward. More importantly, she helped to show me that using the media could actually be a real benefit – could help me build my business – rather than being a pitfall I should try to steer clear of.

Swarm the monster clits clap their big clits: reverse the big clit sex be all-white together Before the LORD, for he cometh to judge the earth: with righteousness shall he judge the world, and the people with equity. The proprietor of land is necessarily a citizen of the particular country in which his estate clit. In quality it may be very white-clad, and to select and prepare it may require more labour and art, but in quantity it is very nearly the same. Chase, God exalteth by his power: who teacheth like him? Will he not think that the pleasure of clit pumping is four-letter, while the pleasure of learning, if it brings no distinction, is all page and nonsense to him?
