I am always saying I know we have the client when they ask, "why should we hire you over mega-firm X?" I then talk about how we are equal in quality but much better in cost and in service to small and medium sized firms. There are definitely some things the mega-firms do that we don't, but 99 times out of 100, those are not the calls we get. I completely agree.
