		<description>Those are both excellent resources and even though Mark&#039;s post upset a lot of VAs (but I wasn&#039;t one of them...in fact I was one of the few VAs that openly agreed with him), it still makes a very clear point which is that when you&#039;re hiring a VA its important to do some research and don&#039;t just look at their rates and certifications but consider their personality as well.
Hiring a VA isn&#039;t all that different from the process of hiring an in-house assistant.
Once you do hire a VA, communication is going to be the key to having a successful working relationship which results in getting more for your money.
