Judge Blackburn recused himself in June 2008 in Cadorna v City of Denver
As you know recusal means the judge effectively admits he may not be able to be fair. That is the law of the case.(despite somes attempt to ignore that or spin it some other way)
The case settled for over
$ 800,000, after the City used corrupt methods in concert with Safeway to frame a Viet Nam Vet.
The case settled after the admission of recusal, and was approved by another Federal Judge.
So, the question is:
1) who were the people from the city making exparty unethical contacts with the FED Clerks named in the so called CO Bar complaint, which is a sham ?
2) How much slush money flowed between the City and the Brownsteon Firm(in all matters) ?
3) And, was the city attorney in the matter such a total disgrace, he then left the City attorney office to go with the Suther Political operations, and whose but did he kiss to get that political job ?
I too wish a great attorney, Mr Brennan, was represented by counsel in this travesty of corruption, unfolding in Colorado, from the Co Bar REG counsel who is now a big tool of Corruption.
Every attorney in Colorado should be shocked at the shams unfolding in matters and the attempts of Bar REG counsel to interfer in the zealous representation of attorneys, for people, when they go up agaisnt big Corporations, or GOV entities.
This whole shoddy affair has given Colordo a black eye in its On HIGH CIRCLES of Corrupt power gone amuck
Should I leave my bar Number to be a target of the gestapo, too ?
