So it took a little longer than anticipated, but the ebook, The Art, Science & Ethics of the 21st Century Retainer Agreement is finally complete. The book is 72 pages in length and covers the topics listed here:

What’s more, there’s an appendix with PDF-fillable forms for an unbundled limited service agreement, two sample contract lawyer agreements and a generic independent contractor agreement (all PDF fillable) and BONUS – terms of service, disclaimers and privacy policy for your website. Plus, 2 sample retainer agreements and 14 pages of clauses discussed in the book that you can simply cut and paste into your agreement. There is NOTHING like this book at any bar website or CLE.
The book is not yet on sale, but I am looking for a few bloggers who would like to review it for pre-release.
