1) Aside from cost, what are the down-sides to getting malpractice insurance?
2) How realistic is it to start a part-time firm?
1) A new law grad with a little pleading/motion drafting experience has been offered reduced-cost office space. Is if feasible for her to open up a practice?
2) Does city size have an affect on realistic area of practice choices? Ie, is it really practical to form a niche practice in a small town?
