Make Money Monday: Automating Marketing Tips

For today’s Make Money Monday, here’s a quick summary of Gyi Tsakalakis’ talk Plus ca change, plus c’est la meme chose  – discussing how lawyers can engage with consumers online, and offering some easy ways to implement. Gyi’s talk covers Mail Chimp (at 8:00) to send recurring communications, Birthday Buddy for automated birthday messages (9:13), Postable to automate sending actual physical cards by mail  (9:23), Lawmatics, a CRM tool that lets you follow up quickly with clients and send meeting reminders and more (10:02). My favorite part of the talk was Gyi’s extensive discussion on using Google My Business (10:57 — 13:20) including using it for appointments and even connecting it to Uber so that clients can have a free ride to your office.  Finally, if you need to find out what clients are saying about your firm, Gyi’s final recommendation is GatherUp.
