Today is my birthday and as a present to myself, I’ve finally relaunched and supplemented the free materials originally posted on drop.io before it abruptly shut down in December (one of the drawbacks of a free service). These materials represent the first phase of a broader suite of offerings (also free) that I’ll roll out sometime this summer. They include:

- Slide deck and ebook on specific scenario of biglaw to your law;
- Form of counsel agreement and other materials on of counsel relationships plus Model Partnership Agreement;
- A forty page Marketing Workbook with exercises and ideas for marketing your practice.
To access these materials, go to MediaFire.com/myshingle. You can view the file descriptions, but you’ll need to register for MyShingle here to get the password to view the content. I promise that if you register, I won’t spam you with offers (though I may send news of events from time to time) and I also apologize for the hassle of having to enter the password each time you want to view a file. But it’s the quickest way that I could come up with to protect my copyright (I know that there are a number of paid services and coaches who pilfer my stuff and re-sell it) and make the material available at no cost.
In addition, I’ve also updated the One Sheet Generator which automatically generate a beautiful color sheet that you can use for workshops or to provide information on your practice. Now, you have even more options including using the Back sheet only as a template (the back sheet is a bit quicker to complete).
